Granite Court

A 42-unit courtyard housing scheme for Granite Court Developments, arranged around a shared garden on the site of a former tannery. The existing boundary wall is retained as the courtyard's ground plane; the new blocks step down from four storeys to two at the site's southern edge to hold the neighbouring terraces' eaves line.
